Choose the path that best describes the order. When in doubt, call before ordering.

Before you order

1. If you are uncertain whether Rock City can accept the item, call the shop before purchasing.
2. At the seller or retailer checkout, choose Rock City Guns as the receiving FFL.
3. If the seller needs Rock City's FFL copy, have the customer or seller contact Rock City directly. We do not publish our licence number or document online.

Receiving dealer details

Give the seller these verified public contact details. This card is contact information—not an acceptance confirmation.

After it ships

1. Wait for Rock City's ready notice. A carrier delivery update does not mean the firearm has been processed or is ready for pickup.
2. When notified, bring a valid government-issued photo ID.
3. Complete the required Form 4473 and background-check steps at the shop.
4. The current standard single-firearm transfer fee is $50. Confirm pricing before ordering for multiple firearms, NFA items, or unusual cases.

• I confirmed acceptance before purchasing if the item or situation was uncertain.
• I selected Rock City Guns as the receiving FFL.
• The seller has Rock City's verified public contact details and will contact the shop if an FFL copy is needed.
• I will wait for Rock City's ready notice—not only the carrier delivery update—before coming in.
• I will bring valid government-issued photo ID and complete the required Form 4473/background-check steps.
• I expect the current $50 standard single-firearm transfer fee and will confirm pricing first for multiple, NFA, or unusual cases.
